Our precious little Allie told me to tell all of you that she sends her love. She is now in surgery and she promised me she will continue to be the strong little girl she has been since before she was born! She went into surgery at 1pm and it is expected to last about 4 hours. Then, she will spend a couple nights in CICU, but I can visit (as if they could stop me!!)
Yesterday was a trying day for Ms. Allie. She seemed to know she was not in her normal environment despite the fact I brought her lion, her blankets, books and some other toys. I tried to bring Nicky, but something about stupid rules stopped us. She was a trooper, but I have found out she has a good set of lungs on her and big tears. Yes, she found out Mommy can cry like a baby, too.
After all my excitement yesterday. This was my home last night. I stayed up all night with my Mommy. Daddy went home so one of them could be bright eyed and bushy tailed. Of course, he didn't really sleep either.

You are so cute and pretty in your latest video! It's fun to see you playing "peek a boo" from under your pink blanket! We know your 'hole in the heart' surgery day is a really big day for you and that you will be just fine. We are all praying for you! Granma and I LOVE YOU and I can't wait to hold you!

I have been thinking of you and your family all day and praying for you guys. I sure hope those folks at UAB are sweet to you and your family. I know that you are a trooper and will come out of this with flying colors.
