It's a color that represents many things for me - love, hearts and Christmas all included. Many people today wear Red to show support for heart disease and the research that is being conducted to save lives and to remind people to take care of their heart. Allie knows all about making sure her heart is healthy and wanted to remind you to stay healthy, too. People also wear Red on Friday's to support the troops fighting for our safety. What a great way to say Thank You to them! Allie is wearing red for both of these reasons today. Oh... and for the fact that she just looks darn cute in red. Happy Friday... oh... eat healthy today and thanks to the troops for allowing us to live free.

Granma and I are sorry that we can't come to see you as soon as we had hoped, but we will be looking forward to when we can hold our Lil' Bit and hear her talk ... saying 'Grandpa, Grandpa, Grandpa' over and over again.
