Home Sweet Home

We are home and having a blast! Life is busy again and getting back into the groove is interesting for lack of a better word. Allie is learning to live without the hectic hospital schedule and she is keeping us on our toes. Her eating has improved and she still isn't fond of the many medicines she brought home as souvenirs (haha). She also has learned a powerful new cry. Her lungs are working and she is really good at calling for Mommy! I continue to remind her that patience is a virtue, but I'm not sure if she is getting it. Actually, she is still very good and a quiet baby. I was worried that crazy hospital life and surgery would change her. She is healthier and has enough energy to let us know she is serious about getting more milk. She will be growing quickly now, we are sure of it!
I'm still taking lots of pictures and have lots to load from the hospital whenever time will allow. I just wanted to say hello to all of you and give you a glimpse of life at Home Sweet Home.
Wide eyed and content at home
Very Happy to be Home Again!
Our pensive baby earlier today
Big girl bottles for Allie now!!

Allie tells you all about how she likes being at home.

Keep drinking out of your big girl bottles and stay strong!
