All About Me at 8 months and 1 week

Hello! How are you doing? I'm doing fantastic! I'm sorry I haven't sent a message recently, but Mommy and Daddy have kept me so busy! You know it isn't the other way around, right? Let's see... what has been happening? Well, this past weekend we went for walks, we went shopping, we played on my mat and with my toys. I pet my puppy dog, giggled, read books, danced and talked a lot. See.... we were busy!!

So... what can I do now that I'm a big girl? Yes... I weigh over 10 pounds and am a just growing by leaps and bounds! I absolutely L O V E my feet. I grab them and talk to them and sometimes try to eat them. I can now roll over from my tummy to my back pretty regularly. I can do it from my back to my tummy, but I don't seem to do that as often yet. I love to reach out for big people's faces and I love to look at books. I have some favorite toys that I play with and then other ones that I like when I'm sitting in my chair. I can eat baby food and I L O V E peaches. I tried apples last night and I showed Mommy and Daddy how long my tongue is. I wanted to get closer to those apples because they were SO good! Peaches may become my second favorite!! Mostly I eat formula and some veggies for fun. But, the little fruit I've had is
Y U M M Y !!

A couple weeks ago, I went on my first Girls Weekend. Mommy and I met up with OUR friends and we scrapbooked all weekend long. Okay, I hugged and kissed everyone all weekend long, but we were there to scrapbook. I did help out and let Mommy borrow my feet to put the prints on a page.

That is all about me for now. What are you doing? I hope you are staying cool.

Love and kisses to
all of you from me, Allie.

I'll roll over for you! Be patient with me!

Hey Cute Stuff!

Greetings from Costa Rica! I can't tell you how much I enjoyed getting that update. I was more than a little homesick but seeing you made me forget all about it! You are such a big girl now. So adorable as well but I don't need to tell you that.

Can't wait to see you again. Much love and kisses! Aunt Tammy

Dear Allie ... please tell Mom & Dad ... that I had 1,368 people view your slide show ... and 1,367 agreed that EVERY OTHER PICTURE SHOULD INCLUDE GRANDPA & GRANDMA. (The 1,368th person was committed to a rubber room the following day.)

We are so proud of your continuing accomplishments, and so looking forward to seeing you again!

We LOVE our Allie!

Dear Auntie Trisha,

No fair! I heard WDW is the best place ever and you're going 2x since I've been born! I can't wait to go! I still love my Minnie Rattle and maybe when you come visit I can wear my Disney Princess Outfit. Have a lot of fun and give Winnie the Pooh a hug for me! (oh.. and Tigger, too. he is so bouncy!!)
